Refund Policy Music Shop Nepal : Please read these terms prior to placing an order with us. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy and our terms and conditions of purchase which are mentioned below.

All the sales are final, no exchange or return will be offered in change of mind but if the order was placed mistakenly or if wrong item was sent during delivery the goods will be exchanged or refunded.

To be more precise, please be sure about the item which is being ordered or else consult our sales teams / audio engineers via or through our facebook , instagram and WhatsApp.

In case of any faulty/defective item, directly consult our team. We will recheck the product and exchange if such issues is found. Furthermore, if you want to exchange the item and if the box of the product is still sealed, replacement of the item can be done with in 3 days of purchase. But make sure the product is unused or else the product will not be subject to exchange.

No cash refunds will be available for returned items, a returned item can either be replaced or exchanged.

Items must be returned with all tags attached, in their original shipping carton and packaging incase it meets the all the given requirements.

If the item is defective or unrepairable, a new item will be offered.

If a replacement of the same model is not available in case of a return due to a un-repairable fault, an alternative model will be made available. This item will be billed at it’s list price and the difference from the invoiced item will need to be paid by the customer or will be compensated with a credit note.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the original proof of purchase is not produced with the item. Take an example : an original copy of invoice provided by the company itself or order number if the order was placed on our website.

Note: An open box unit in good condition does not guarantee the approval of an exchange/refund – this decision is at at the sole discretion of Music Shop Nepal.

Order cancellation due to unavailability of item is accepted but if the user need to cancel the order even of the item is available then it should be done within 24 hours of the placement.
